A. Our products pass different standards, including ENISO 12312-1:2013(A1:2015), AS/NZS1067.1:2016, ANSIZ80.3:2018, and also with FDA.
B. Strict QC is done during production process.
C. We offer one year guarantee from shipping date for all glasses frames. For the lenses, any defective, they can be replaced within one month from shipping day.
2. What is the minimum order quantity?
600pcs/model, 300pcs/color.
3. What is the bulk order lead time?
For OEM orders, the lead time will be around 50-70 days after receiving deposit.
4. Can I put my own logo on the glasses?
Yes, customers' logo can be put by laser, printing or metal logo, or thin metal sticker, etc.
5. Can I buy 1pc sample or sample order before bulk order?
Yes, we support sample orders. Please contact us for quotation.
6. How long can a sample be offered?
A. Ready samples from stock: samples can be offered within 5 days.
B. Customized samples: Customized samples as your request can be made within 15-30 days depending on the samples' complexity.
7. What is the payment terms?
A. For sample orders, 100% by T/T, or by western union, or pay through alibaba.
B. For bulk order, T/T 40% deposit once confirming the order, T/T balance before shipment.
8. If I have my own design, can you develop new products according to my ideas?
Yes, our R&D design team will make drawings and new moulds can be made.
